I acknowledge: If a delivery cannot be completed due to my absence or failure to collect it (e.g. from a parcel shop), and I decline redelivery, I bear the resulting return shipping cost in line with Section 4 of our Cancellation Policy. If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below our free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. My statutory right of withdrawal under Section 4 is unaffected.
