Simply place the infuser in a carafe, jug or suitable wide-mouthed vessel filled with still drinking water and allow the water to remain in contact with the copper.

Laboratory testing of our Copper Infusers showed that, under the specific test conditions, the pH of the water increased progressively during 12 hours of contact. The extent of this change may vary depending on the water and conditions of use.
